MY GOD IS... 

(Qualities of my God)

• Never so busy for me and for all His children.  I can call to Him any time of the day and under any situation.  
• Unfailing and unconditional in His love. He accepts me for what I am my faults and weaknesses included.  
• Very generous and a Great Provider.  He give me right to inhabit the only place in the universe that he allows life to exist and also supply all my needs. 
• Constant and never changing.  He is the same God of yesterday, today and tomorrow.  
• Compassionate and patient.  Despite my shortcomings  and obstinacy, He unwearyingly shows me the right path to traverse.  
• Is righteous and forgiving.  He understands my faults, doesn't count the times that I have hurt Him, never questioned my ungratefulness but always give me chance to mend my foolishness.  
• Infallible and omnipotent.  He teaches me how to discern right from wrong and help me appreciate the power of His love over His precious children.  
• Infinite and Faithful. He supported me all the way and all the time.  
• Loving and merciful .  He stays when everyone had deserted and buoyed me up when I’m overwhelmed  with woes and uncertainties.  
• Eternal .  He has no beginning and without end.  He is God ad infinitum.  
•  A living God who works in ways I cannot see and may not understand but I know that there is no problem greater than my God.  Challenges won’t be easy but He will never leave and will always be at hand to coach me how to get these done the proper way.  All I need to do is call and seek for Him.  He is my “footprints in the sand” who will walk me through times when I can no longer control and direct my faculties.  
• The only One God and there will be no other.  He alone knows my needs and the desires of my heart.

That is how wonderful!  My God is.

WHY PRAY

      When in doubt or confused

            It helps clear the mind and let you see things and possibilities of every situation

      When afraid

            It helps lessen the “what ifs” and encourage you to stand up and keep on going

      When everything seems to go wrong and the whole world seems to be against you

            It helps you see things and situations in various facets and realize that it maybe you who are opposing everyone in every way.

      When you feel weary and weak

            It helps you discover treasures of life money cannot buy and attain a strength that only from HIM could emanate.

   When you feel rejected, alone and have no one to turn to

            It creates a feeling of self-assurance and helps you recognize how you ignored HIM most of the time.    

   When in despair

           It ignites hope and reminds that defeat is for coward who’s afraid of competing to win the race.

   When grouping in darkness

           It will “open the eyes of your heart” and you will see light through HIS affection.

   When nothing else seems to work

           The more to resort to prayer as this maybe HIS way to let you know HE cares

   When you feel “on top of the world”

           It will make you recognize THE LOVE THAT JESUS HAVE AND WHY WE NEED IT in this never constant and ceaselessly changing earth.
